I am a licensed professional counselor dedicated to supporting adults as they navigate life’s challenges and emotional complexities. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of meaningful growth and progress, so I focus on creating a compassionate, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, codependency, depression, family conflict, grief, life transitions, trauma, and women’s issues. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative, helping clients develop insight, resilience, and practical tools to move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Due to my experience working in settings that include child welfare, family crisis intervention, child partial hospitalization services, intellectual and developmental disabilities and outpatient mental health clinic therapeutic services, I bring a unique perspective to those seeking support as they navigate stressors within families, friendships and relationships. It also afforded me the opportunity to work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, religions and orientations.
